Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of initial payment. Orders are processed by tournclo.com during opening hours from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm eastern time, excluding legal holidays. In the case that an order is placed on a Saturday/Sunday, after opening hours or on a legal holiday, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day.
Free shipping on all orders over $100! (US & Canada only). International orders have a fixed shipping fee.
Once merchandise has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email with all information, including applicable tracking numbers. We are unable to cancel an order once the item(s) have been shipped.
