Returns & Exchanges
Please contact customer service at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges of new merchandise within 30 days.
We offer free returns only for defective items. There is a 7$ fee that will be deducted upon receipt of the item. Exchanges are completely free.
For any return, please follow those guidelines:
1. Items must be unused
2. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
3. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned/exchange
We will respond within a timely manner to provide return instructions. You must also give us a proof of purchase included with the return.
All refunds are issued in original payment or gift card form. Please indicate on your original invoice whether you prefer a refund in your original method of payment or a gift card. For exchanges, please contact our online team to make arrangements for your new item(s).
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the delivery process. When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition which they were received. All merchandise damaged, worn or used is not applicable for refund or exchange.
We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
